On May 2, 2025, the members at the Peachtree City Church of Christ and our friends gathered at Drake Field in Peachtree City for an inspiring day of compassion, community, and purpose. Together, more than 500 participants laced up their shoes to take part in Walk4Water, a life-changing event that raises awareness and resources to bring clean water to those who need it most!

What is Walk4Water?
Around the world, the average distance people must walk for water is four miles. On top of that, much of that water isn’t even safe to drink. This daily burden deprives families of opportunities for education, work, and health, stunting both wellness and community growth.
That’s why Walk4Water exists. It is a fundraising program within Healing Hands International that supports its Clean Water program. Since 2007, Walk4Water has hosted events across the nation in schools, churches, and organizations with one mission: to provide the gift of clean water.
Since 2001, Healing Hands International has drilled over 1,500 wells in more than 20 countries, transforming communities with safe, accessible water.
At Peachtree City Church of Christ, we are thrilled to partner with Healing Hands International each year to take part in this mission!
The 2025 Walk Hosted by Peachtree City Church of Christ
What an amazing event we had this year! With the support of our community, we had over 500 walkers join together in solidarity with those who walk daily for water. Even more exciting, we raised over $150,000 which is enough to build 19 new wells worldwide.
Each well will bring clean, safe drinking water to hundreds of men, women, and children who otherwise would continue to struggle without it.
More Than Just a Walk
Walk4Water isn’t simply about raising funds. It’s about walking in someone else’s shoes and growing in empathy. Every step taken around Drake Field symbolized the steps taken by millions every day to survive. Families, friends, and community members walked together and celebrated the hope that comes when we work together for something bigger than ourselves!
Thank You
We are deeply grateful to everyone who walked, donated, and supported this event. Your generosity and compassion will ripple across the globe!
