Every fall, the Peachtree City Church of Christ hosts THRV WKND, a powerful Christian youth rally in Georgia. This special weekend brings together middle and high school students from across the Southeast. Starting Friday night and ending Sunday evening, students grow in faith, build friendships, and learn to thrive in Christ together.
A Youth Conference Reimagined
Throughout the weekend, students experience a mix of large gatherings and smaller group settings. Main Sessions include a keynote message, THRV TLKS speakers, and audience activities that make learning interactive. Students even have a voice through video-interviews, too. Breakout Classes focus on real-life issues, helping students apply God’s truth in personal ways. Student Groups, led by other students, give everyone a safe place to share and reflect.
This Year’s Focus: Dealing with Difficult Relationships
This year’s theme challenged students to navigate complicated relationships with grace and purpose. Keynote speaker Bo Pugh reminded everyone that every relationship is a chance to bear good fruit. His lessons – Seeing Like Jesus, My Enemy… Myself?, Not My Problem, Lost and Found, and Follow Me -encouraged students to love like Christ, even when it’s hard. THRV TLKS and Breakout Classes
In addition to the keynote, students heard from five THRV TLKS speakers: Donovan Rillion, Devin Morris, Blaine Chason, Sam Welsh, and Josh Posey. Each also led breakout sessions on unique relationship challenges – family, authority, online behavior, church life, and differences. The shorter TLKS format kept things fresh and engaging while diving deep into spiritual growth!
Fellowship in Peachtree City
Beyond lessons and worship, THRV WKND offers unforgettable moments of fun. Students enjoyed meals from Chick-fil-A, a BBQ food truck, pizza, and Willy’s. They also had an exclusive event at Urban Air, played audience games like “Box It Up,” and watched inspiring Student Voice videos. The entire weekend brought us laughs and genuine connection!
We Were Blessed to Host
The Peachtree City Church of Christ members once again showed their remarkable hospitality. From smiling greeters to hosting youth groups overnight, everyone made visitors feel at home! The faith of the young people in attendance this year was inspiring to the church, and it was a true blessing to host the event.

Ultimately, THRV WKND isn’t just a Christian youth rally in Georgia. It’s a place where faith comes alive. Students from around the Southeast leave encouraged to love deeper, serve humbly, and follow Jesus more closely. Each year, God continues to move through this gathering, reminding everyone what it truly means to thrive in Him.
